- 康玥堂有權要求顧客出示身分證明文件已供核對。
Healskin Pro reserves the right to request customer to present identity document for identification purpose. - 如顧客未能出席已預約之面部或身體療程,敬請提前不少於4小時致電該分店取消預約,否則顧客必須承擔該次服務療程之全數款項。
If customer cannot attend the facial/body treatment(s) appointment, canncellation is required at least 4 hours in advance. Otherwise, the customer shall be liable for full charges of the session. - 顧客需準時於預約時間到達。逾時15分鐘以內,該次服務將繼續進行,逾時15分鐘或以上,康玥堂有權拒絕提供當日之預約服務及要求顧客重新預約。 Customer must arrive on time.
If customer shows up within 15 minutes of the service starting time, the service will be served. If customer shows up over 15 minutes of the service starting time. NATURAL HEALTH reserves the right to cancel and reschedule the appointment. - 所有已出售之療程均不設退款,並只限於顧客本人使用,不可轉讓、轉贈他人或與任何其他人士共用。
All sold treatment(s) is/are non-refundable and can be used by the customer only; resell, transfer or share usage of sold treatment(s) is/are prohibited. - 顧客如懷孕,患病或身體不適,請先向醫生咨詢是否適合接受該護理,並於接受護理前向職員清楚說明,否則接受護理後如身體出現任何不適,本公司恕不負責。
If customers are pregnant, sick or feeling uncomfortable, please consult with physicians and inform our staffs before receiving treatment. If customers fail to do so, we accept no liability for any discomfort incurred. - 所有療程均不設指定美容師、理療師或按摩師。
No designated beauticians/massagists will be guaranteed for all treatments.
